An afternoon with DOC :)

On Wednesday 2nd May Alison's mum will be coming in to do a session with us about pests in New Zealand.

Can you work out whether the following are herbivore pests, predator pests or both.

  • Herbivore pests (this means that they cause problems by eating native plants)
  • Predators (this means that they cause problems by eating native animals including bird eggs)
  • Both (in other words they cause problems by eating plants, animals and bird eggs)
Write a comment about this post and include what you found out about one of these creatures.
